Believe me, I realize it looks disingenuous to give 5’s (excellent) in all categories; however, I have never experienced anything but excellent service from Perry Johnson’s Home office, the Dallas office, and the auditor. Our auditor is very helpful with guidance for making improvements, but still very fair and very firm.
